- Prior to shipping, each pair of eyeglasses is thoroughly inspected by a licensed optician to verify the prescription and to ensure proper alignment of the frame. In addition, all glasses are packaged in a stylish hard case, with a microfiber cleaning cloth for maximum protection.
- All prescription accuracy is guaranteed 100%
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the style or fit of our product, we offer a 30-day unconditional exchange web orders only policy.
- No exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Custom order is define as any frame and/or lens option that is not listed on our site.

Frame only purchases can be exchanged not refunded.
- Eyeglassdirect will provide a free return shipping label (Valid for 10 days) for all exchanges

For Orders Paid via Klarna
In compliance with Klarna’s policy, we accept returns for all items, including final sale items, for all orders paid via Klarna provided they meet the following conditions:

The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached when applicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll be notified once your refund has been issued.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please retain your tracking number as proof of return.
