This includes but is not limited to: text, images, icons, audio clips, downloads, data compilations, and software. These are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may upload photos and videos when submitting reviews. You are solely responsible for any content ("Item") you post, email, or submit. We reserve the right to remove or refuse content at our discretion.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any external sites. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty limitations, so exclusions may not apply to you.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use—or inability to use—our site or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Virtual Try-On Tool
Eyeglassdirect.com offers a Virtual Try-On feature to help customers visualize frames online. This tool is provided solely for convenience and illustration purposes only.
- The Virtual Try-On tool does not guarantee accuracy of scale, color, fit, size, or lens thickness.
- Results may vary based on lighting, camera angle, facial structure, and device used.
- The tool is not a substitute for a professional optical fitting or consultation.
By using this tool, you acknowledge and agree that it is provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied. Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for purchase decisions made based on the Virtual Try-On results.
Pupillary Measurement (PD) Tool
The pupillary distance (PD) measurement tool available on this site is provided by a third-party service, Fittingbox. While we strive to offer helpful tools to assist with your eyewear selection, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of any measurements obtained through this tool, and we shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or adverse outcomes resulting from its use. For precise PD measurements, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed optician or eye care professional. Additionally, as this tool may collect and process biometric data, please refer directly to Fittingbox's Privacy Policy for full details on how your biometric and personal data is collected, stored, and used, as such data processing is governed solely by Fittingbox and their applicable policies.
Our Guarantee
All eyewear is carefully inspected by a licensed optician prior to shipment. Glasses are packaged in a hard case with a microfiber cleaning cloth.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy for web orders (no refunds).
Custom orders (frames/lenses not listed on the site) are final sale.
Frame-only purchases are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
Purchases made through Klarna may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached when applicable. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return for processing.
Limited Warranty
Eyeglassdirect.com warrants its eyewear against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear (e.g. scratched lenses).
If deemed a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item. If not, additional charges may apply. You will be notified by email or phone before proceeding.
Repairs are warranted for 60 days, but only cover the serviced parts of the eyewear.
Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity.
We do not sell to children. If you are under 18, purchases must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
Changes to Terms
Eyeglassdirect.com may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Your Order
By placing an order, you confirm that your prescription is accurate.
You are responsible for entering your prescription details correctly. We are not liable for errors caused by inaccurate or outdated prescriptions.
We will attempt to accommodate customer-input errors but cannot guarantee changes once orders are processed.
Pricing Accuracy & Right to Correct or Cancel
While we strive to ensure all product prices and charges displayed on our website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an incorrect price, typographical error, or discrepancy in billing, EyeglassDirect reserves the right to cancel any order placed under the incorrect pricing, or to adjust and charge the correct amount. If any changes are required, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to proceed with the updated pricing or cancel your order for a full refund.
Domestic Shipping
We use USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are provided via email upon shipment.
All transit times are estimates; delays may occur during peak periods.
Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but we cannot guarantee replacements.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS. Packages are insured for 50% of value.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Transit times are estimates. Eyeglassdirect.com is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the order is in transit. We will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.
Shipping Notifications
You will receive two email confirmations: one when your order is packed and another when a shipping label is created. Orders marked "shipped" before 4 PM Mon–Fri usually enter USPS possession the same day. Orders after 4 PM or over weekends ship the next business day.
Additional Charges
Additional fees may apply for high-curvature lenses depending on your prescription. You will be notified of any extra charges before your order is processed.
Sending in Your Own Frames
You are responsible for safely shipping your frames to us. Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for lost or damaged inbound shipments.
Include a printed copy of your invoice with your shipment. We are not responsible for lost accessories (cases, cloths, etc.).
Repair orders are returned in our own case with cloth for protection. We are not responsible for breakage that occurs during lens mounting.
